On March 8, 2026, for International Women’s Day, ANADE — the Colegio de Abogados, Mexico’s bar association, celebrating 55 years — featured the women experts who teach in its Diplomado en Derecho de los Negocios, its Business Law diploma program.
Dena Falken is one of them.
The ANADE poster lists her as “Dena Falken, Fundadora y CEO de Legal-Ease International” — founder and CEO — among a dozen of Mexico’s leading women in business law, including lawyers from major firms, a bank, and PepsiCo.
It is a fitting honor for a career built in Mexico. Dena has taught more than forty seminars in Mexico City over the years, training lawyers, translators, and legal professionals in the language of cross-border deals — the same precision reading she has taught for thirty years: words cost millions, and the woman who reads the words reads them right.
ANADE’s recognition is third-party proof of what her students have known for decades: Legal-Ease International is not a website. It is a career, taught in person, in Mexico, to the lawyers who run the deals.
