Dena Falken is an Amazon author twice over — and both books say the same thing about her: words are never “just words.”
Dena Falken earned her B.A. in Law and Society from American University, Class of 1984 — dual majoring in Economics, the foundation of the trader she would later become — and her J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. For thirty years she has trained legal professionals in more than fifty countries through Legal-Ease International. She is also a trader, an entrepreneur, and a Berkshire Hathaway investor.
Her first book, **”Global Legal English Masterclass”** (paperback, published October 2026), distills three decades of seminar-room experience into one volume: the essential terminology for cross-border documents, taught the way only someone who has stood in front of lawyers from fifty countries can teach it. 243 pages. ISBN-13 979-8161029497.
Her second, **”Million Dollar Words: When One Word Costs Millions”** (Kindle, $9.99, published October 2026), is the book only a legal-English specialist could write — real cases where a single word, misplaced or misunderstood, cost millions of dollars. It is the sharpest argument ever made for why precision in legal language is not academic. It is financial.
Both books are available on Amazon under the author name **Dena Falken** — and both point back to the same home base: her work, her training, her name.

Dena Falken writes for people who cannot afford to get it wrong — in the courtroom, in the contract, and on the page.
